Before you book
Booking and cancellation policy
Please read this before you book. By booking a treatment or a course, you agree to it.
The short version
Move or cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you move it, your deposit moves with you. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. In a genuine emergency, call us: the 48 hours do not apply and your deposit moves to your new date.

Booking
Book online on any treatment page, or contact the salon. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 17:00, and closed on Sunday.
You get a confirmation email once your booking and deposit go through. Your appointment is held from that moment.
Treatments are for adults aged 18 and over. We may ask to see ID. We look at it, we do not copy it.
Deposits
Most treatments need a deposit when you book online. It holds your time with us, and it is taken off the price on the day. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can move with your booking (see below).
| Treatments | Deposit |
|---|---|
| Facials and skin treatments | €50 |
| Permanent makeup and touch-ups | €30 to €50 |
| Aesthetic treatments | €30 to €50 |
| Courses | €100 to €500 |
| Laser skin treatments | €40 |
| Laser hair removal | €50 |
The deposit for each treatment is shown before you pay. Treatments without a deposit are paid in full at the salon. You pay the rest on the day, at the salon.
Moving or cancelling
You can move or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before it starts. If you move it, your deposit moves to your new date. If you cancel, the deposit is not returned.
If you cancel or move with less than 48 hours' notice, we keep your deposit. That time was held for you and we cannot usually fill it at short notice.
If something serious happens
Life does not always give notice. If you have a genuine emergency, such as an accident or something sudden you could not plan for, please call us as soon as you can. You do not need to give medical details. A phone call is enough.
The 48 hours do not apply then: you do not lose your deposit, it moves to your new date. Monika looks at each case herself and decides what counts as an emergency.
To move or cancel, call, WhatsApp or email us.
If you do not come
If you miss your appointment without telling us, we keep your deposit. That is the only charge. To book again you pay a new deposit.
Running late
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or move it to another day. Permanent makeup and laser treatments take a set amount of time, so these are usually moved. A move caused by lateness counts as a late change, and the deposit is kept.
Before your treatment
Intake and consent form. Before permanent makeup, dermal filler, PMU or tattoo removal and advanced skin treatments, you fill in a short health form and sign your consent. We use it to check the treatment is safe for you. How we look after it is in our privacy policy.
Patch test. A patch test 24 to 48 hours before is recommended for permanent makeup and needed for laser treatments. It checks how your skin reacts to the pigment or the laser.
Consultation. Not sure yet? Book a free 15-minute PMU consultation.
Brows Visualisation (optional). Still unsure about brows? You can book a Brows Visualisation. We draw a shape on so you can see it before you decide. It is a separate service and is not taken off the treatment price. You do not need one: at every PMU treatment Monika maps and designs your brows with you, without rushing, until the shape is right. That is included in the treatment price.
Tell us about changes. If anything about your health changes between booking and your appointment, tell us by phone or at your appointment. If we find at the appointment that a treatment is not safe or suitable for you, we will not go ahead. If we cannot go ahead because health information was left out of the form, the deposit is kept.
Touch-ups for permanent makeup
Permanent makeup heals in stages. The colour looks stronger in the first days and softens as the skin heals. A touch-up 6 to 8 weeks later lets us adjust the shape and colour once your skin has settled.
Touch-ups are booked and paid separately:
| When | Price | Time |
|---|---|---|
| 6 to 8 weeks after your treatment | €70 | 1 hour |
| 2 to 6 months | €100 | 1 hour |
| 6 to 12 months | €160 | 1.5 hours |
| 12 months or more | €200 | 2 hours |
The same rules for moving and cancelling apply.
Courses
A course deposit holds your place. It is taken off the course fee. No course takes a payment before it has dates.
You can move to another date of the same course up to 48 hours before the course starts. Your deposit moves with you. With less notice, we keep the deposit. The emergency rule above applies to courses too.
If we cancel or move a course date, you choose: your deposit back in full, or a place on the new date.
Joining a course waitlist is free. It does not reserve a place and you pay nothing until dates are published and you book.
If we need to change your booking
Now and then we may have to move an appointment, for example through illness. We will tell you as soon as we can and offer you a new time. If none suits you, we return your deposit in full.
Buying online: your 14-day right to cancel
Treatments and courses booked online. Irish consumer law gives you 14 days from the day you book to cancel and get your deposit back, as long as the treatment or course has not started. If your appointment is within those 14 days, booking it means you ask us to provide it before the 14 days end. Once the treatment has been done, the right to cancel ends.
Shop orders. You can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then send the items back within 14 days. We refund you within 14 days of hearing from you, and may wait until the items reach us.
For hygiene reasons we cannot take back sealed items once they are opened: pigments, cartridges and needles, numbing products, skincare and aftercare.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, email us as soon as you can with a photo and we will replace it or refund you, including postage.
Your rights
This policy does not affect your rights under Irish consumer law. If you are unhappy with a treatment, tell us as soon as you can so we can look at it with you.
