Treatment Policy
Thank you for choosing us for your Advanced Skin Treatment. Please read this policy before booking your appointment. 1. Booking, Consultation & Intake Form Before undergoing any advanced skin treatment, including Microneedling, SQT Bio Needling, Chemical Peel or Carbon Peel, all clients are required to complete the Advanced Skin Treatments Intake Form. A consultation may be required to assess your skin condition, discuss your concerns, review your medical history and determine the most suitable treatment plan. 2. Non-Refundable Deposit A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of the deposit. Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show) may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled treatment fee. 4. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. This may result in the loss of the deposit. 5. Medical Conditions & Contraindications Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, recent cosmetic procedures or skin conditions before treatment. Certain conditions may make treatment unsuitable or require postponement. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being refused. 6. Age Requirement Clients must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be requested. 7. Treatment Expectations Results vary depending on individual skin condition, lifestyle and aftercare. Some treatments may require a course of sessions to achieve the desired outcome. Temporary redness, sensitivity or mild skin peeling may occur depending on the treatment performed and are considered a normal part of the recovery process. 8. Aftercare Following the recommended aftercare instructions is essential for proper healing and achieving the best possible results. Clients should avoid excessive sun exposure, tanning, heat treatments and active skincare products as advised by their practitioner. 9. Refund Policy Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, completed services are non-refundable. 10. Right to Refuse Service We reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable for the client.
